What we ship

Fixed-price registrations. Lawyer-led consultancy.

Seven productized SKUs cover most business filings. Civil and family matters are scoped on a per-matter consultation. Urgent and foreign-client work has its own desk.

Business registrations and compliance, at a fixed price

Every registration below is handled by Advocate Bhawna Yadav and her team, end to end, at one flat all-inclusive price — the same whether your business is in Bhopal, Mumbai, Bengaluru or anywhere else in India. You see the price and a firm turnaround before any work begins — no surprises, no hourly billing, and no upselling.

GST registration & return filing

GST registration is mandatory once your turnover crosses ₹40 lakh for goods or ₹20 lakh for services, and from the first rupee for e-commerce sellers, inter-state suppliers and casual or non-resident taxable persons under Sections 22 and 24 of the CGST Act. We handle the GSTIN application end to end — composition versus regular advisory, document filing, and follow-through until your number is issued, usually within three to seven working days. Once you are registered, our monthly GST return filing keeps GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B in on time so you never pay a late fee under Section 47.

Trademark registration

Your brand name and logo are among the most valuable things you own. We run a public trademark search, advise on the right class out of the 45 NICE classes, and file your TM-A application under Section 18 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 — usually within one to two working days, with the TM application number generated on filing so you can use the ™ symbol immediately. The ® symbol follows on registration. We also handle examination-report replies and oppositions when they arise.

LLP & company registration

A Limited Liability Partnership gives you limited liability with far simpler compliance than a private limited company, which is why it suits most service businesses and professional firms. We handle the whole incorporation under the LLP Act, 2008 — digital signatures, name reservation, the FiLLiP filing, the LLP agreement and Form 3 — plus PAN and TAN, ready for you to open a bank account. If you are weighing an LLP against a private limited company, or you need a quick partnership deed instead, we talk you through the trade-off first.

DSC, Partnership Deed & Udyam

The supporting registrations every business needs, done quickly. A Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (the only class issued today under Section 35 of the IT Act, 2000) is required for MCA, GST and income-tax filings and is ready in one to two days. A custom partnership deed protects every partner with proper capital, profit-sharing and dispute clauses. And Udyam (MSME) registration unlocks collateral-free loans, the 45-day MSME payment protection under Section 43B(h), and government-tender preference — filed the same day.

Civil and family consultancy, handled with care

Some matters cannot be productized — they need judgement. For civil disputes and family matters, every engagement starts with a paid intake call with Advocate Bhawna Yadav and her team that maps the facts, the governing law, the realistic options and the budget, in writing, before anything is filed. We tell you what you actually need — never more.

Family & matrimonial matters

Mutual-consent and contested divorce, maintenance and alimony, child custody and guardianship, marriage registration, domestic violence relief, succession, probate and wills — handled with confidentiality and a clear, honest view of timelines under the Hindu Marriage Act, the Special Marriage Act and allied laws.

India entry for foreign companies and NRIs

Indian advocates may advise foreign clients on Indian law, and our office acts as your single point of contact in India. Whether you are a US startup, a British founder, a Singapore SaaS company or an NRI anywhere in the world, we set up the right vehicle and keep it compliant with FEMA and the Reserve Bank of India.

Wholly-owned subsidiary (Pvt Ltd)

A foreign parent can own 100% of an Indian private limited company in automatic-route sectors. Two directors (one India-resident), incorporation under the Companies Act, 2013, and FC-GPR reporting to RBI within 30 days of share allotment. Best for long-term operations, hiring and a clean M&A exit.

Indian LLP with FDI

Up to 100% foreign investment is permitted in an LLP through the automatic route in sectors with no FDI-linked performance conditions. A popular, lower-compliance route for NRIs and foreign partners — for example, opening an Indian LLP as an NRI from the USA or Canada.

Branch, Liaison & Project Offices

For parents that want a presence without a separate company: a branch office to earn revenue from permitted activities, a liaison office for market study, or a project office tied to a specific Indian contract — each set up via Form FNC and RBI approval under FEMA 22(R).

Registrations across every Indian state

Adv. Bhawna Yadav is entitled to act for clients across the whole of India, so GST, trademark, company, LLP, DSC and Udyam registrations are available the same way in every state — at the same fixed price and timeline, for businesses and individuals alike, wherever you are based.

States and cities we serve

Based in Arera Hills, Bhopal — serving clients in Madhya Pradesh and every other state, in English and Hindi.

Common questions

If we have not answered yours, write to contact@lawland.in — we read every email.

  • Who actually handles my matter?

Adv. Bhawna Yadav (B.A. LL.B., LL.M., UGC-NET JRF), enrolled with the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh, leads every matter and works on it with her in-house team. You always know who is responsible — and you will never be pushed services you do not need.

  • Is the price really fixed?

Yes. Each service shows a single, all-inclusive price. Before any work begins you receive a written scope stating the fee, the timeline and what is excluded. The fee you agree is the fee you pay.

  • How much do the registrations cost?

Each service has one flat, all-inclusive price you can see before you commit: GST registration ₹1,500, GST return filing ₹500 per return, trademark filing ₹8,000, DSC ₹1,000, LLP registration ₹8,000, partnership deed ₹2,000, and Udyam registration ₹500. India-entry services for foreign clients are priced in USD. There is no hourly billing — the fee you agree in writing is the fee you pay.

  • Can you file for my business if I'm in another state?

Yes. Adv. Bhawna Yadav is entitled to act for clients across the whole of India, so GST, Trademark, LLP, DSC and Udyam are available the same way in every state — at the same fixed price and timeline, wherever you are based.

  • Do you serve my state, or my country if I'm abroad?

Yes. We serve clients in every Indian state the same way — Maharashtra, Delhi NCR, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and the rest — at the same fixed price and timeline. For foreign founders and NRIs, we set up Indian subsidiaries, LLPs and offices for clients based in the USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Canada, Australia, the EU and beyond.

  • I run a company abroad — can you set up my India entity?

Yes. We handle India entry for foreign companies — Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, LLP with FDI, and Branch / Liaison / Project Offices — plus FC-GPR and ongoing FEMA compliance. Indian advocates may advise foreign clients on Indian law; see the Foreign clients pages for details.

  • How fast can things actually move?

Udyam is same-day; DSC, trademark filing and a partnership deed are one to two days; GST registration is three to seven days; LLP registration is seven to fifteen days. An Indian subsidiary for a foreign parent is typically fifteen to twenty-one working days, while branch, liaison and project offices take six to ten weeks because they need Reserve Bank of India approval.

  • Can I get help in Hindi?

Yes — every matter is handled in English and Hindi. You choose the language when you first get in touch.

  • Is my data safe?

Your documents and personal details are processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — never sold, and handled under advocate–client confidentiality from your first message.

  • What does a consultation actually get me?

Focused time with Adv. Bhawna Yadav on the specific facts you bring, followed by a written note summarising the advice. For urgent matters there are same-day and 24-hour tiers. There are no follow-up sales calls.

  • What if my matter needs more than advice?

If a consultation concludes that drafting, filing or representation is needed, that work is scoped separately with its own written fee. Nothing proceeds without your sign-off on the scope and price first.

Tell Adv. Bhawna Yadav what you need.

A first WhatsApp message or email is the fastest way to scope your matter. Fixed price, agreed in writing, before any work begins.
