Never miss a GST deadline again

For a GST-registered business, the deadlines do not stop. Every month (or quarter) returns are due, and a single missed filing turns into late fees, interest, and — if it drags — a blocked GSTIN that your own customers notice. Adv. Bhawna Yadav and her team take that worry off your plate at a flat ₹500 per cycle: your details come to us, your returns go in on time, and you get a clean summary of what was filed and what credit was claimed.

The fee is fixed and agreed in writing. There is no hourly billing, nothing added later, and no upselling.

Why timely filing matters more than people think

Late fees and interest add up fast

A missed GSTR-3B attracts a daily late fee under Section 47 of the CGST Act, charged separately under the central and state heads, plus interest under Section 50 on the tax you owe. None of it is large on day one — but it compounds quietly, and it is entirely avoidable.

Your filings affect your customers

Your buyers reconcile their input credit against your filings. If your returns are late or your GSTIN is flagged, your customers may not get the credit they expect — and some will hold back payment until you fix it. Clean, on-time filing is part of being an easy vendor to deal with.

Input credit you forget to claim is money lost

Every cycle, the tax you paid on your purchases is credit you can set off against the tax you collect. If it is not reconciled and claimed properly, you simply pay more tax than you owe. Reconciliation is where a careful filing quietly pays for itself.

What's included each cycle

  • We receive your details in whatever form you already keep them.
  • We compute your output tax, your eligible input credit, and your net liability.
  • We prepare and submit GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B before the due date.
  • We reconcile your input credit, so you claim what you are owed and we flag anything that does not match.
  • We send a filing acknowledgement and a reminder for the next cycle.

What we need from you each month

To keep things smooth, send us your sales details, your purchase details, your bank statement, and any credit or debit notes for the period. We work from whatever you already keep — spreadsheets or accounting-software exports — so there is no new system to learn. The earlier each month you send it, the more buffer we have before the deadline.

Understanding your GST returns

A little clarity helps you see what you are paying for. GSTR-1 is the statement of your outward sales for the period. GSTR-3B is the summary return where your net tax is calculated and paid. Together they make up a normal monthly cycle. At year end, an annual return — GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C for larger businesses — consolidates the year; we handle that separately because its pricing depends on your turnover.

The quarterly (QRMP) option for smaller businesses

If your turnover is within the prescribed limit, you can file under the Quarterly Return, Monthly Payment scheme — filing returns quarterly while paying tax monthly. It reduces the filing load for smaller businesses. We will tell you whether QRMP suits you, and handle either rhythm at the same flat ₹500 per cycle.

Switching to us mid-year

You do not have to wait for a new financial year to hand over your GST filing. Most clients switch mid-year, often after a missed deadline or a credit mismatch made the cost of doing it themselves obvious. When you move to us, we pick up from your current position, reconcile where things stand, and keep every cycle on time from then on. There is no migration fee and no long onboarding — just your details each cycle and your returns filed before the due date.

What a clean year of filing looks like

Over a full year, reliable filing is quietly worth a great deal: no late fees, no interest, no blocked GSTIN, every rupee of eligible input credit claimed, and customers who never have to chase you about a mismatch on their side. It also means that when you need a loan, a tender, or due diligence for an investment, your GST record is clean and current rather than something to scramble to fix. The flat ₹500 per cycle is small set against what disorganised compliance costs — in penalties, in lost credit, and in the time you would otherwise spend worrying about deadlines.

Why clients choose us for GST return filing

Compliance is unglamorous, which is exactly why it slips — and why handing it to a steady pair of hands pays off. You get a named advocate and her team, a flat ₹500 per cycle, genuine input-credit reconciliation rather than a rubber-stamp, and reminders that keep you ahead of the deadline. Everything is available in English or Hindi, and there is no upselling.

Available wherever your business is

Because your returns are tied to your GSTIN rather than your location, we file for businesses in every Indian state at the same flat ₹500 per cycle — a shop in Bhopal, a services firm in Bengaluru, an e-commerce seller in Delhi NCR, or a manufacturer in Gujarat, all handled the same way and in English or Hindi as you prefer.

The legal basis

GST returns in India are governed by the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 — Section 37 (outward supplies), Section 39 (returns), Section 47 (late fees) and Section 50 (interest) — read with Rules 59 and 61 of the CGST Rules, 2017.

Frequently asked questions

Is the price per month or per return?

A flat ₹500 per filing cycle. A typical monthly client pays ₹500 for the cycle (GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B together). Quarterly QRMP filers pay ₹500 per quarterly cycle. The price is agreed in writing — no hourly billing.

What do you need from me each month?

Your sales details, your purchase details, your bank statement, and any credit or debit notes. We accept Excel, CSV or accounting-software exports — whatever you already keep.

What if I send my data late and miss the deadline?

Late fees and interest are set by law and payable to the department. We file as soon as your data arrives and tell you the exact additional cost upfront, so there is never a surprise — but the best outcome is sending data early, and our reminders are designed to make that easy.

Can you handle my annual return too?

Yes. The annual return (GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C where applicable) is scoped separately, usually after the financial year closes, because the price depends on your turnover band.
