I built it because the way most people buy legal help today is broken — opaque pricing, a different person on the phone every time, and a quote that grows the moment you commit. I wanted to fix that with a simple promise: a named advocate, a fixed price agreed in writing, and no upselling. ## Who does the work Every matter is led by me, Advocate Bhawna Yadav (B.A. LL.B., LL.M., UGC-NET JRF), enrolled with the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh, and handled with my in-house team from our chambers in Arera Hills, Bhopal. You always know who is responsible for your work. ## What you can do here today - **Fixed-price registrations.** GST registration, GST return filing, trademark filing, DSC, LLP registration, partnership deed and Udyam — each at one flat, all-inclusive price you see before you commit. - **Civil and family consultancy.** Property and recovery disputes, RERA and consumer matters, tenancy, divorce, maintenance, custody, succession and more — scoped per matter, in writing, before anything is filed. - **India entry for foreign companies and NRIs.** Indian subsidiaries, LLPs with FDI, and branch, liaison and project offices — with FEMA and Reserve Bank of India compliance handled. ## How we are different 1. **One fixed price, in writing.** The fee you agree is the fee you pay. 2. **No upselling.** Many firms turn every query into a sales funnel. We don't. You get a straight answer — because we respect your time, and our own effort. 3. **A named advocate.** Not an anonymous panel and not a call centre. 4. **Pan-India and beyond.** Under Section 30 of the Advocates Act, 1961, an enrolled advocate may practise across India and file before every central authority.
