Legal work goes wrong when you cannot tell who is qualified, what the price really is, or who is actually doing the work. At Law Land India, all three are clear from the start — a named advocate, a fixed price in writing, and complete confidentiality.
A named advocate of record
Every matter is led by Adv. Bhawna Yadav, enrolled with the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh, and handled with her in-house team. You always know who is responsible for your work — there is no anonymous panel and no call centre.
One fixed price, in writing
Each service has a single, all-inclusive fee. Before any work begins you receive a written scope stating the fee, the timeline, and what is and is not included. The fee you agree is the fee you pay — no hourly billing, nothing added later.
No upselling, ever
Many firms turn every query into a sales funnel. We don't. You get a straight answer and only what you actually need — because we respect your time, and our own effort.
Confidential from the first message
Whatever you share — on WhatsApp, email or a call — is covered by advocate–client confidentiality from the very start, so you can speak frankly about a dispute, a family matter, or a business problem.
DPDP-compliant data handling
Personal data you share is processed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, for the purpose of providing the service you engaged — never sold. You can reach our Data Protection Officer and grievance officer at any time.
BCI Rule 36 compliant
This practice advertises only factual information permitted under Bar Council of India Rule 36 — name, qualifications, enrolment, areas of practice and contact. No superlatives, no outcome promises, no comparisons, no testimonials.

- Who actually handles my matter?
- Adv. Bhawna Yadav leads every matter and works on it with her in-house team. You deal with the same people throughout, in English or Hindi.
- Is the price really fixed?
- Yes. Each service shows one all-inclusive price, confirmed in writing before any work begins. There is no hourly billing and nothing is added at the end.
- How is my information protected?
- By two layers: advocate–client confidentiality from your first message, and DPDP-Act-compliant data handling. Your details are used only to provide your service and are never sold.
- What if I'm not satisfied with a draft?
- Drafting services include the revisions stated in their scope. Where we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, a fair refund is made — see the refund policy.
