GST Registration in Delhi — Handled End-to-End for a Flat ₹1,500

If you are starting a business, shop, agency, or consulting practice anywhere in Delhi — Connaught Place, Karol Bagh, Lajpat Nagar, Rohini, Dwarka, or Okhla Industrial Area — Adv. Bhawna Yadav and her team handle your GST registration for a single flat fee of ₹1,500. One number, agreed before we start, and nothing added later.

Where GST Registration Is Actually Processed for Delhi Applicants

GST registration itself is not a court matter — it is processed by the GST department online, against your business's principal place of business, which for most of our Delhi clients falls under Delhi's GST jurisdiction (Central or State GST office, depending on your PAN and turnover slab, as assigned by the system). We identify the correct jurisdictional office for your address — whether that's a registered office in a commercial complex in Nehru Place, a residential-cum-office setup in Pitampura, or a warehouse in Bawana — before we file.

Where GST registration work does turn contentious — a wrongful cancellation, a show-cause notice, or an appeal against an adverse order — the matter moves into the legal forum layer of Delhi's system. Depending on the nature of the dispute and the amount involved, that can mean the jurisdictional GST Appellate authority first, and, where a writ or larger legal question is involved, the Delhi High Court, which holds original and appellate jurisdiction over Delhi's tax and commercial matters. Delhi's district judiciary — spread across Patiala House, Tis Hazari, Saket, and Rohini — generally does not deal with GST registration itself, but we mention this because as your advocate of record, if a related commercial dispute ever touches your registered business, we already know which of these courts your case would fall under based on your registered address. That is the advantage of having one advocate handle your compliance and your legal matters together, rather than juggling a CA for one and a lawyer for the other.

How We Work With You, Wherever You Are

Most of our Delhi GST clients never need to visit our chamber. We work over WhatsApp and phone:

  • You send us your PAN, Aadhaar, business address proof, and bank details digitally.
  • We verify document sufficiency and correct any mismatches before filing — this is where most rejections happen, and where our experience actually saves you time.
  • We file, track the application status, and respond to any departmental query on your behalf.
  • You get your GSTIN without ever having to sit in a queue or navigate the portal yourself.

This same setup works whether you're physically in Delhi running your shop day-to-day, or an NRI or Delhi-origin business owner living abroad — in Dubai, London, or Singapore — setting up a company back home through a local partner or family member. We coordinate time zones, accept digitally signed or notarised documents where needed, and keep you updated without requiring you to be present in India at any stage of the registration.

Why Clients in Delhi Choose Bhawna Yadav

Delhi has no shortage of CAs and portals promising cheap GST registration, and no shortage of horror stories about applications stuck in limbo over a mismatched address proof or a rejected query response. What we offer instead:

  • One named advocate — Adv. Bhawna Yadav, enrolled with the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh — personally responsible for your file, not a rotating support desk.
  • One flat fee, quoted upfront — ₹1,500, no hidden add-ons, no surprise "processing charges" later.
  • Honest scoping — if your case needs more than plain registration (say, a prior GSTIN cancellation to resolve first), we tell you before we start, not after we've taken your money.
  • Your language, your convenience — we communicate in English or Hindi, over WhatsApp, call, or in person at our Bhopal chamber if you'd rather meet.

If you're setting up in Delhi and want GST registration done right the first time, message us on WhatsApp and we'll take it from there.

Frequently asked questions

Is GST registration mandatory for me?

It is mandatory once your turnover crosses ₹40 lakh for goods or ₹20 lakh for services in a year, and from the first rupee if you are an inter-state supplier, an e-commerce seller, a casual taxable person, or a non-resident taxable person under Section 24 of the CGST Act. Many businesses also register voluntarily, because a GSTIN unlocks input credits and adds B2B credibility.

Should I choose the composition or the regular scheme?

Composition is simpler — a low flat rate and quarterly returns — but it caps turnover at ₹1.5 crore, bars inter-state sales, and does not allow input credits. The regular scheme suits inter-state suppliers, exporters and B2B businesses where input credits matter. We recommend the right one for you during the consultation, before anything is submitted.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

A flat ₹1,500, typically completed in 3–7 working days when your documents are in order. The price is agreed in writing upfront — there is no hourly billing and nothing added later.

Can you register me if I'm in another state, or abroad?

Yes. We register clients in every Indian state at the same fixed price, and we handle non-resident GST registration for businesses based outside India. See the India-entry desk for foreign clients.
