What does the ₹499 consultation include?
30 focused minutes with a Bar Council-verified advocate in your language, plus a written summary on WhatsApp within two hours of the call.
How do I reschedule?
Open the consultation in /account/consults and tap "Reschedule". Up to one free reschedule per consult.
What if the lawyer doesn't show up?
Tap "Lawyer no-show" on the consult page. We reassign you to another verified advocate within 30 minutes during business hours, at no extra cost.
Can I get the consult in Hindi?
Yes. Pick "Hindi" at the language step. We have hundreds of Hindi-fluent advocates across our launch cities.
Do you do video consults?
Phase 1 is WhatsApp call only. Video is on the roadmap for M3+ based on lawyer demand.
Will the lawyer follow up later?
Only if you book a related service. We never authorise the advocate to make unsolicited follow-up sales calls.
