Legal services in India — fixed price

Advocate-led registrations, compliance, trademark, consultancy and documentation by Adv. Bhawna Yadav. One flat fee, a firm timeline, and no upselling — for clients in every Indian state and for foreign companies entering India.

Advocate-led legal services, productized

Most legal work follows a known process. When the process is known, the price should be known too. That is the idea behind Law Land India: every service on this page has one flat, all-inclusive fee, a firm turnaround, and a written scope you see before you pay. Adv. Bhawna Yadav and her team handle the work from start to finish — there is no upselling, no hourly billing, and no anonymous panel. You always know who is responsible for your matter and exactly what it costs.

The catalogue above is grouped by type so you can find what you need quickly — registrations, compliance, trademark and IP, consultations, family matters, property, notices, consumer disputes, and HR/SME documentation. Below, each type is explained in plain language, along with how we serve clients in every Indian state and how foreign companies and NRIs can have us file on their behalf from abroad.

Service types

Compliance

Once you are registered, the deadlines begin. Our monthly GST return filing keeps GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B in on time so you never pay a late fee under Section 47 of the CGST Act. Ongoing compliance is where most small businesses slip, and where a steady hand saves the most money over a year.

Trademark & IP

Your brand is an asset worth protecting early. Trademark filing includes a public search, class advice across the 45 NICE classes, and a TM-A application under Section 18 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 — with the application number generated on filing so you can use the ™ symbol from day one.

Consultations

Not sure what you need yet? A consultation gives you focused time with the advocate on your specific facts, followed by a written note. Same-day and 24-hour options exist for urgent matters — a notice with a short response window, a contract red flag, or a court-fee question.

Family & property

For personal matters, family consultancy covers divorce, maintenance, custody, succession and wills, while civil and property work covers title disputes, tenancy, recovery and registered agreements. These are scoped per matter after a paid intake call.

Notices, consumer & HR

Day-to-day legal documentation: cheque-bounce and demand notices under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, consumer complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and employment contracts and HR documentation for small businesses. Drafted properly, on advocate letterhead, at a fixed fee.

File from abroad — foreign companies & NRIs

You do not need to be in India to register a business or protect a brand here. Indian advocates may advise foreign clients on Indian law, and our office acts as your single point of contact. We set up Indian subsidiaries, LLPs with FDI, and branch, liaison and project offices, and handle the FEMA and Reserve Bank of India reporting that follows — including the FC-GPR filing due within 30 days of share allotment. Foreign-issued documents are apostilled in your home country; we share a country-specific checklist so nothing bounces.

How our pricing works

One flat fee

Each service shows a single, all-inclusive price. The fee you agree in writing is the fee you pay — no line items added later.

No upselling

Many firms turn every query into a sales funnel. We don’t. You get a straight answer and only what you actually need — because we respect your time and our own effort.

Written scope first

Before any work begins you receive a written scope stating what is included, the timeline, and what is not — so there are no surprises.

Why clients work with Adv. Bhawna Yadav

Every matter here is handled by Adv. Bhawna Yadav (B.A. LL.B., LL.M., UGC-NET JRF), enrolled with the Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh, and her team. The advice you receive is grounded in the governing statute, the documents are drafted to hold up if they are ever challenged, and the person answering your questions is qualified to give legal advice and accountable for the result.

You also get confidentiality: whatever you share is covered by advocate–client privilege from your first message. And because we work at fixed prices with no upselling, engaging an advocate never means an open-ended bill — you get the rigour of a law practice with the predictability of a fixed quote, agreed in writing before any work begins.

That combination — a named, qualified advocate, a flat fee, a firm timeline, and complete confidentiality — is what makes Law Land India the right choice for registrations, compliance, documentation and disputes alike, whether you are in India or abroad.
