What if I am unhappy with the deliverable?
Two free revisions are included. If still unresolved, raise a dispute from the order page; senior advocate review within one business day.
Are masked numbers really masked?
Yes. We use Exotel-issued numbers; lawyers and clients only see the masked virtual line, never the real one. Numbers are released after the matter closes.
Where is my data stored?
AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Backups in-region. We never transfer your data outside India.
Can I report a lawyer anonymously?
Yes. The trust report form on /trust-safety accepts anonymous reports; we still verify and act on credible ones.
What is the LawLand Code of Conduct?
