  • What if I am unhappy with the deliverable?

    Two free revisions are included. If still unresolved, raise a dispute from the order page; senior advocate review within one business day.

  • Are masked numbers really masked?

    Yes. We use Exotel-issued numbers; lawyers and clients only see the masked virtual line, never the real one. Numbers are released after the matter closes.

  • Where is my data stored?

    AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1). Backups in-region. We never transfer your data outside India.

  • Can I report a lawyer anonymously?

    Yes. The trust report form on /trust-safety accepts anonymous reports; we still verify and act on credible ones.

  • What is the LawLand Code of Conduct?

    A 12-clause document every advocate signs at onboarding. Public copy at /legal/lawyer-code-of-conduct.

  • How do I escalate to the founders?
