  • I am not receiving the OTP — what now?

    Check WhatsApp first (we send there by default). If still missing, tap "Resend code" after 30 seconds; it falls back to SMS automatically.

  • Can I change my phone number?

    Yes — /account/settings → "Change phone". You verify the new number with a fresh OTP. Order history is preserved.

  • Can I switch the site to Hindi?

    Use the language switcher in the navbar, or visit /hi/account directly. Your preference is saved on your account.

  • How do I export all my data?

    /account/privacy → "Export all my data". You receive a ZIP within 24 hours containing every record we hold.

  • How do I delete my account?

    /account/privacy → "Delete account". Hard-delete is immediate; we confirm by SMS. Anonymized financial records are retained for 8 years per Indian tax law.

  • Why do you ask for my city?

    City helps us route you to advocates who practise in your jurisdiction. You can change it any time.
